What we store
- Fantasy managers: your name, email, a hashed password (we never store the password itself), your team name and squad picks.
- Real players: name, team, and match statistics. In leagues that run weight-management scoring, a weekly score — never a weight, a BMI figure, or any medical information. The platform provides no field in which those could even be entered.
Who is responsible for player data
Each league's admin decides what is recorded about their players and is responsible for obtaining their consent. You're the Star provides the platform and processes that data on the league's instructions. In data protection terms, the league is the controller and we are the processor.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep you logged in and protect forms from cross-site request forgery. These are necessary for the site to work and don't require consent.
We don't currently run any advertising, and set no advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. For player data, contact your league admin in the first instance — they're the controller. For your fantasy manager account, contact us and we'll action it.
Emails
If you're a fantasy manager, we send deadline reminders and results summaries. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and you can turn each type off independently without losing your account.
